Product and Service Development
Carrie Falbe is Passport Health’s Director of Product and Service Development. Carrie is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new product and service offerings that enhance the Passport Health client experience and add value to the business. Carrie has rolled out a Passport and Visa Expediting and Processing Service and is working on an e-commerce and content platform for travel health supplies. In addition, Carrie oversees all brand communications and media relations for Passport Health.
Carrie’s career in health and wellness began before joining Passport Health, when she opened and ran a yoga studio and wellness business in Tysons Corner, Virginia. In addition to overseeing day to day business operations, Carrie managed all aspects of customer relations and sought partnerships with the local community in order to continuously grow the studio’s client base. Due to her efforts, within its first year of operations, the studio was profitable and became the busiest in the Metropolitan Washington, DC, area.
Carrie’s professional background in wellness is complemented by an educational background in international relations. Carrie completed her Master’s Degree in International Security Studies at Georgetown University and graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College with degrees in Political Science, Spanish, and Italian. As a student, Carrie was able to take advantage of her love for travel by working for the State Department at the US Embassy in Santiago, Chile.
