Melanie French is Passport Health’s Vice President of Clinic Operations. She is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the growing number of Passport Health clinics across North America.
Melanie constantly analyzes business performance to lower the cost of delivery of our preventative care solutions while maximizing service delivery and efficacy for the customer. She also sets the strategy for expanding Passport Health’s clinic footprint by opening new clinics in under-developed markets.
Passport Health feels like a second home to Melanie as she has a deeply rooted love for international travel that began when she was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana. During her time in-country, she was able to utilize her business acumen and talent for identifying new opportunities by establishing a basket weaving co-operative that sold over 25,000 baskets in its first year of operations. After her Peace Corp service, Melanie traveled extensively through West Africa and Europe.
Melanie completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Rowan University, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Melanie is also a Registered Nurse with a degree from Pima Medical Institute, enabling her to bring a great deal of clinical expertise to her management of Passport Health’s international clinic operations.
