Building Entry Instructions - Upon entering the front, turn left to the North wing, at the end turn left, near the Sports Medicine Clinic. Use the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, Suite 309, located behind the stairs next to the washroom. The same applies for rear and Wellington St. entries, adjusting initial directions accordingly.

From Orillia and North - Take Hwy 11 South, merge onto Hwy 400 South. Exit at Bayfield St, turn left, then right onto Wellington St W to 121 Wellington St W, North Wing, Suite 309.

From Penetanguishene and Midland - Take Hwy 93 South, merge onto Hwy 400 South. Follow same directions as above from Bayfield St.

From Collingwood and Owen Sound - Follow Hwy 26 East, turn right onto Wilson Dr, left onto Sunnidale Rd, right onto Wellington St W to 121 Wellington St W, North Wing, Suite 309.

From Wasaga Beach - Take County Rd 92, right onto Crosslands Rd, right onto Horseshoe Valley Rd, left onto Hwy 26, right onto Wilson Dr, left onto Sunnidale Rd, right onto Wellington St W to 121 Wellington St W, North Wing, Suite 309.

From South of Barrie - Take Hwy 400 North, exit Dunlop St W, left onto Anne St, right onto Donald St, continue as it turns into Wellington St W to 121 Wellington St W, North Wing, Suite 309 on the right.

Driving from Downtown Brampton - Head northeast on Queen St E, turn left onto Bramalea Rd. Continue to 9780 Bramalea Rd. Enter the North Bramalea Medical Building, take the elevator to the fourth floor, turn left and walk down the hallway. The clinic is on the right in Suite 406.

Public Transit from Bramalea GO Station - Take the bus north on Bramalea Rd. Get off at the stop near Queen St E. Walk to 9780 Bramalea Rd. Enter the North Bramalea Medical Building, take the elevator to the fourth floor, turn left and walk down the hallway. The clinic is on the right in Suite 406.

Driving from the West - From Westgate Shopping Center, head southwest on Carling Ave, take ON 417 E to exit 122 for Parkdale Ave. Turn right on Parkdale Ave, then right again onto Carling Ave. The clinic is on the right at #407.

Public Transit from Westgate - Take bus 85 Lees at the corner of Carling and Archibald, exit at Carling/Parkdale stop. The building is on the left.

Driving from Carling Train Station - Head southeast, turn right towards Champagne Ave S, left onto Champagne Ave S, then right onto Carling Ave. The building is on the right.

Public Transit from Carling Train Station - Take bus 85 Bayshore from the corner of Carling, exit at Carling/Parkdale stop. The building is on the right.

Driving from Carleton University - Head northwest on Library Rd, left on Campus Ave, right to stay on, left onto Bronson Ave, left onto Carling Ave. The building is on the right.

Public Transit from Carleton University - Walk to Carleton Bus Stop, take OTrn Bayview Bus to Carling Train Station. From there, take bus 85 Bayshore, exit at Carling/Parkdale stop. The building is on the right.

From the East (via Highway 417) - Take Highway 417 W and exit at Metcalfe St. Head north on Metcalfe St toward downtown. Turn left onto Albert St. The clinic is in the Varette Building at 130 Albert Street, Suite 1201, across from the World Exchange Plaza. If using public transportation, get off at the Albert/Bank bus stop or the Albert/Metcalfe bus stop; both are a short walk from the clinic.

From the West (via Wellington St) - Head east on Wellington St towards downtown. Turn right onto Metcalfe St and then left onto Albert St. The clinic is located at 130 Albert Street, Suite 1201 in the Varette Building, directly across from the World Exchange Plaza. For public transport, the nearest stops are Albert/Bank and Albert/Metcalfe, both conveniently close to our location.

Entry - There is an entrance to the building lobby on 25th Adelaide Street East, and also on 44 Victoria Street.

Public Transit - Passport Health Toronto is located in Victoria Tower, nearly equidistant from both King and Queen Stations' Southbound Platforms. Head two blocks south from Queen Station, or one block north from King, head east on Adelaide St. and you will be at Victoria Tower.

Public Transit from Islington Subway Station - Exit at Islington Subway Station, head north on Islington Avenue. Cross the intersection at Bloor and Islington, and continue north. The clinic will be on your left, before the TTC commuter lot, at 1243 Islington Avenue West, Suite 700.

Driving from Downtown Toronto - Take Gardiner Expressway West, exit at Islington Avenue. Head north on Islington Avenue. Pass Bloor Street, and the clinic will be on your left, before the TTC commuter lot, at 1243 Islington Avenue West, Suite 700.

From Hamilton GO Centre - Head south on Hughson Street S for three blocks. The Passport Health Hamilton clinic is located in the Union Gas Building, nearly equidistant from Main St E and King St E. The building entrance will be on your left at 20 Hughson Street S, Suite 709.

Driving from Downtown Hamilton - Head east on Main St E, turn right onto Hughson Street S. The clinic is located in the Union Gas Building on your left, at 20 Hughson Street S, Suite 709.

From Downtown Kingston - Head west on Princess St towards MacDonnell St. The office is located at 797 Princess St, Suite 308, between MacDonnell St and Tower St. The building is next to Giant Tiger and has a Shoppers Drug Mart beside the main entrance. For parking, turn onto Tower St and park in the paid parking section at the back of the building. During after hours and weekends, use the intercom system at the main entrance beside Shoppers Drug Mart to access the building.

From Hwy 401 - Take exit 615 for Division St towards Kingston. Head south on Division St, then turn right onto Princess St. Continue to 797 Princess St, Suite 308. The building is between MacDonnell St and Tower St, next to Giant Tiger and Shoppers Drug Mart. For parking, turn onto Tower St and use the paid parking at the back. During after hours and weekends, use the intercom system at the main entrance beside Shoppers Drug Mart to access the building.

Driving from 401 Macdonald-Cartier Fwy - Take exit 278 for ON-8 toward Kitchener/Waterloo. Continue on ON-8 for 7 km, then continue on King St. East. Take Courtland Avenue East and Park St. to Belmont Avenue. The clinic is located at 684 Belmont Avenue West, Suite 204. This drive will take approximately 19 minutes.

Via Public Transport from Kitchener City Hall - Take bus 8 (toward University via Franklin and Westmount) for 12 minutes with 16 stops. Get off at Belmont/Claremont; the building is right beside the bus stop. Alternatively, take bus 4 (toward Glasgow) for 19 minutes with 23 stops. Get off at Glasgow/Belmont and walk for 2 minutes toward Rexall Pharma Plus. The building is right before the pharmacy.

Public Transit - The Passport Health London clinic is located in the Victoria Professional Centre.

By Train - Head south from the London railway station via Wellington St. Make a left on Hill St and turn right at Waterloo St. The Victoria Professional Centre is at the corner of Waterloo and Hill.

By Bus - Walk 1 km south from the Brydges & Highbury Ave WB – #308 stop. Use Bus 07 Downtown via North York. The clinic is in the Victoria Professional Centre at the corner of Waterloo and Hill.

Driving - Passport Health Markham is located in Markham Plaza at the North-East corner of 16th Ave and Main St. Enter the office building between York Region’s office and Mastuya Korean House restaurant. We are on the second floor, Suite 203, in the same plaza as Garden Basket Grocery Stores and Dollarama.

Public Transit - From Mt Joy GO Station, head south for a couple of blocks to reach Markham Plaza. The entrance to the office building is between York Region’s office and Mastuya Korean House restaurant. The clinic is on the second floor, Suite 203.

Arriving By Train - From Union Station in Downtown Toronto, take the LW Union Station train towards Aldershot GO. Get off at Port Credit train station. Take the 103 Northbound bus for 10 stops and get off at Hurontario St at Burnhamthorpe Road. Walk 200 meters south. The 3660 building will be on your right, Suite 402.

Arriving By Bus - Take the Orange 21H-Square One bus and get off at Robert Speck Pkwy @ Hurontario. Walk 660 meters south on Hurontario St. The 3660 building will be on your right, Suite 402.

By Subway - Exit at Wilson Subway Station. The clinic is located next to the station at the corner of Wilson Ave and Dufferin St, across from Yorkdale Mall, in Suite 505.

Driving from Downtown Toronto - Take Allen Rd N, exit at Wilson Ave, and head west. The clinic is at 620 Wilson Ave, Suite 505, on the left, at the corner of Wilson Ave and Dufferin St.

Driving from the North (via Hwy 401) - Take Hwy 401 W, exit at Dufferin St and head south to Wilson Ave. The clinic is directly at the corner of Wilson Ave and Dufferin St, Suite 505.

From the QEW or 407 - Take the Trafalgar Rd exit, travel south to Lakeshore. Turn left or east onto Lakeshore Road. The clinic is located at 345 Lakeshore Rd, Suite 509, between Reynolds and Allan Streets. Metered street parking is available on Lakeshore Road or municipal parking is available behind the building.

Directions - Once you have entered there is an elevator to the left, once you arrive on the second floor, walk through the main door in front and turn left, and keep walking until you have reached unit 203 to your left.

Parking - There is metered parking on King Street in front of the office and on Queen Street. Municipal parking lots are located on Queen Street and Market Street.

From Highway 400 - Take exit 33 for Major MacKenzie Drive. Head west on Major MacKenzie Drive W for approximately 5 km. The clinic will be on your left. Find us in Unit 20 inside the Select Pharmacy Unit. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building.

From Highway 27 - Head east on Major MacKenzie Drive W for about 2 km. The clinic will be on your right. Find us in Unit 20 inside the Select Pharmacy Unit. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building.

Landmarks - Located a few minutes north of Hwy 401, in the Brock Building, at the corner of Dundas St, West and Brock Rd in Whitby. The location is also known as Four Corners. Metered parking available as well as Municipal lots. The city bus stops right at the door of the building. Elevator is onsite and is handicapped accessible.

Directions - The building is located on the corner of Bay Street and Bloor Street, and it is minutes away from Bay-Bloor Subway station (Exit at the Bay stop on the Bloor Line and walk South on Bay St. and the building is across the street from the Bay/Bloor corner.) There is paid parking in the area including two parking lots just east of Avenue Road. There is a third parking lot on Belair Avenue just under ROOTS store and a municipal parking lot east of Bay St between Yorkville Ave. & Cumberland St.
